Looking back, for a little bag
In 2018, I convinced myself it was a good idea to crisscross Europe under the guidance of three prominent figures in the photography world: the British curator and historian Marc Sealey, Elisabeth Biondi, former photo editor of The New Yorker, and the renowned Italian photographer Oliviero Toscani. The whole experience was televised for the now-defunct channel Sky Arts. Someone promised me that bag. I didn’t get the bag.
